They were very accommodating when we were coordinating the date and time of our clean. The cleaners were on time and polite every time, plus they did a fantastic job on the deep clean. My wife was very pleased with their work we will be booking a scheduled service moving forward.Sam Miller427 days agoI had booked Take Time Cleaning to do a move in clean at my new residence. Lynette was very friendly and quick to respond while booking the service. Unfortunately I had to cancel the cleaning as the previous owners actually got the house cleaned for us before we moved (which was very nice of them!). So while I did not actually get to use the cleaning services, they had everything I needed from deep cleans to carpet cleaning and would tour one stop shop. Cancelling the cleaning had nothing to do with the company itself. When I emailed to cancel the cleaning Lynette was still very friendly and positive. She even reached out to confirm everything was cancelled. The customer service was great, and everything looked spotless after they were done. I had a stain in my tub that I couldn’t get out and they managed to successfully remove it. I originally changed from my previous cleaning company to Take Time as they advertised having the same cleaner each time, which I’m more comfortable with (my last company sent a different person each time). Take Time have kept true to their word, they’re easy to get in touch with and flexible too. Our regular cleaners Viktoriia and Tetiana are both lovely, respectful and do a great job every time. The girls are very friendly, and they take a list of the things that are most important for you. They try very hard to do things the way you want them. I will continue to hire them bc now they know what I need and I don't have to hover around when they are working to make sure they do it the way I want. I trust them to do a good job- and I have tried several other cleaning companies in Edmonton, and I was not happy with them. I am so grateful I found this company! I appreciate the attention to detail, for example they take the time to lock out the appliance screens before cleaning them. They were reassuring, accommodating, and got us booked right away for a deep clean. The team was simply fantastic. Their attention to detail is next level, and the value for the quality of work is excellent. Oh and that was the beginning of what is now a four-visit relationship — and every single time, their crew knocks it out of the park. We are very happy with their service.Craig Wold227 days agoWe have been using cleaners for approximately 7 years (Take Time) by far the most thorough we have had and consistently for close to 36 months or so they have been working for US the other two companies previous well known names didn’t come close to what we have experienced with Take Time we are type A people so I’ll never rate anyone at 100 but i can say consistently 90% or better there level of service and amazing staff have proven themselves time and time again. We started with a much-needed deep cleaning where several staff cleaned my condo top to bottom and did a very thorough job (they were here for hours getting into all the little places dust had accumulated after a few years of living here), and now I have a standing bi-weekly cleaning appointment where they keep on top of everything for me. The staff are very friendly and pay good attention to detail, they've never missed anything. I work from home and they're always conscientious about letting me know when they're ready to clean my workstation area so I can quickly move. All I ever have to do in between cleanings is clean the kitchen from regular use and let the robot vacuum clean the floors every few days. My condo is now always ready to host and receive visitors without any extra effort, and it's so relaxing after work to sit in your clean home with no pending cleaning tasks.Lori L.269 days agoWe are very happy with having our house cleaned by Take Time Home Cleaning. We started out by hiring them before my daughter's wedding in June 2023 and have continued ever since to have them clean every two weeks. It is wonderful to come home from work and have a sparkling clean home. I love the attention to detail the way the blankets are folded or rolled and how the toss cushions are put on the couch and bed. The staff have been pleasant to deal with and are accommodating if a change needs to be made to the schedule. We’re having the house painted so wanted to do a top to bottom clean due to years of kids, pets, etc and they did not disappoint! The girls arrived on time and worked efficiently and diligently. We’re retired so we were home so they left the living room until last and we never felt in the way or put out. Service has been exceptional from the first phone call, each and every cleaning, and follow up texts and evaluations. They really want to make sure the customer is heard if there are any concerns. I didn't have any concerns but did remark how awesome an employee was and they have had her come to our house whenever possible. We have cleaning done bi-weekly and I find it is so clean between visits there is very little for me to do! I do make sure to move any extra clutter and knickknacks because it gives the team extra time to clean. Excellent pricing! Our experience to date has been excellent from initial bookings with Lynette to scheduling with Kelsey. I appreciate the follow-up contacts and request for feedback. We have had a different team each cleaning and have been very impressed with friendly and professional demeanour of the cleaners and how thorough and efficient they are. It is a relief to have a clean home after they are done, as we are both disabled and cannot do the deep cleaning ourselves. I am picky about cleaning, due to a mom who would scrub the floor and baseboards by hand, so that lets you know how good of work the staff at Take Time do cleaning. Their communication is excellent, about any changes to the cleaning schedule, and try to keep the same staff who come to your home each cleaning, which is nice for getting to know them. The girls were actually early and started work right away. They were friendly and wonderful with my dog. They completed the complete cleaning of my home in 4 hours. I have never been able to get my house as clean as they did. They supply all the equipment and cleaners. I was very nervous about having someone come and clean for me but the ladies were so great that I am looking forward to them coming back to complete a regular clean. Staff always do a great job cleaning, while keeping personal items intact and in the same place. Staff are able to enter my apartment suite when I’m not there by using my intercom and key lockbox. Staff are flexible and able to accommodate my Vacation schedules and special cleaning requests. They work in small groups, so the job is done quickly with minimal disruption. Lynette is always approachable and available if there are any changes or concerns. Our house is cleaned biweekly and we wouldn't change it for anything. Coming home to a freshly cleaned house is an amazing feeling. I highly recommend them for your cleaning needs.
